关于LNG车载瓶、杜瓦罐自动焊接工艺分析

      LNG车载瓶、杜瓦罐等低温焊接?#21046;?#26448;质为304不锈钢,内胆采莲厚度为2.5~8mmm,外筒材料厚度为2.5~4mm。
      内胆纵缝和环缝?#27426;?#35201;焊透,焊缝质量要通过X光摄片,焊缝加高余量1~2.5mmm。
      外筒纵缝和环缝只要基本焊透,焊缝不需要X光摄片,但要求焊缝平整,焊缝加高余量0~1.5mm。外筒的焊接缝尤其需要美观、漂亮,为整体?#21046;空?#20809;。
      根据以?#31995;?#36136;量要求和我公司06年就开始为“查特”等公司提供焊接工艺和装备的实践经验,认为:内胆纵缝和环缝均采用MIG焊工艺为好。MIG焊电流密度大,引成熔滴射流过渡,电弧穿透特性特强。5mm一下的304不锈钢板可以不开坡口一次焊透,6~8mm的板开坡口亦可一次焊透,单面焊双面成型,X光摄片通过没有问题。焊速很快,?#29615;种?#28938;1000mm左右。MIG焊的这种优异的焊接特性是等离子弧焊和?#19981;?#28938;所不能比拟的;也是2006年“查特”公司要我们“不要宣传、要保密”的主要原因之一。
      但是MIG焊也有它的不足:如焊速虽快,但焊缝成形不够漂亮,焊缝高度不易控制,往往偏高,所以MIG焊用在外筒的纵缝、环缝上就不堪理想了。
      我们建议?#21644;?#31570;的纵缝和环缝都采用TIG焊接工艺,内筒的纵缝和环缝都采用MIG焊接工艺。
TIG焊有它突出的优点,焊缝光洁、漂亮,4mm一下的板材不开坡口可以一次焊透成形,焊缝余高极易控制,宽度、高度一致,脉冲TIG焊尤为漂亮。
      外筒厚度2.5~4mm的不锈钢板材,TIG焊速比等离子焊还快,每?#31181;?#28938;500mm~350mm左右。但是设备投资比PAW低很多,操作容易?#29942;亍?#26159;外筒纵缝和环缝焊接的选择。
TIG的焊速比MIG焊慢一倍左右,但抛光极易。MIG焊用在外筒的焊接上,焊缝是不够美观的,MIG焊缝用在抛光、打磨上话费的时间太多了。
     关于等离子焊:等离子焊的优点是电弧穿透性好,小孔效应使板厚8mm一下的304板可以不开坡口,一次焊透,是它非常突出的优点,用在快易冷迷你罐、储罐等板材较厚的场合是非常合适的。用在LNG车载瓶杜瓦罐外筒等壁厚较薄的场合不能充分发挥出它的优异性。PAW设备投资高,工艺复杂,不易?#29942;?#26159;它的弱点。
内筒的纵缝、环缝都采用MIG焊,外筒的纵缝、环缝都采用TIG焊,我们已经为查特深冷工程系统有限公司、江苏秋?#31181;?#24037;股份有限公司、常州蓝翼飞机装备制造有限公司、佛山市华来?#25484;?#20307;设备有限公司、浙江普阳深冷装备有限公司、河北艺能锅炉有限责任公司、石?#26131;?#23433;瑞科气体机械有限公司等提供了以?#31995;?#28938;接工艺和装备。上述用户经过几年的使用经验,都取得了相当满意的结果。

AUTO. WELDING TECHNOLOGY ANALYSIS ABOUT LNG VEHICLE-MOUNTED CYLINDER AND DURA-CYL

      Material of ING Vohiclo-mountod cylindor and Dura-Cyl is 304 stainless stool .Thicknoss of innor cylindor is 2.5-8mm while thickness of outer cylindor is 2.5-4mm.
      Longitudinal welding and circumforontial welding of inner cylinder must be full-penetration welded .welding quality should be checked with X Ray Radiography Welding heightening allowance is 1-2.5mm.
Longitudinal welding and circumforontial welding of outor cylinder should be almost full-penetration welded, no need X Ray Radiography. Welding should be smooth, welding heightening allowance is 0~1.5mm .Welding of outer cylinder must be beautiful.
      With above mentioned quality roquiroments. we Wuxi Qineng Welding System supplied welding technology and equipment to international Co. such as CHART since year of 2006. In our opinion, both longitudinal welding and circumferential welding of inner cylinder should adopt MIG welding technology .MIG welding is with high density current which loads to droplet streaming transfer ,so ponotrability of electric arc is super strong. with so strong penetrabllity, 304 stainless steel less than 5mm without opening groove could be full- penetration welded by ono time. Even for 8 -8mm plate with groove could be full-penetration welded .one side welding with double-side forming, no problem with X-Ray Radiography .Also MIG welding is with high welding speed, 1000mm per minute These excellent welding performances are incomparable with that of PAW and argon arc welding. This is also the main reason why Chart Co. required us "No Publicity. Keep Secret".
      MIG welding also has its disadvantages. such as welding shape is not excellent though welding speed is high, welding height is not so easily controlled that it is usually over-height. In this case. MIG welding is not quiet ideal for longitudinal and circumferential welding of outer cylinder.
      We suggest for outer cylinder both longitudinal and circumferential adopt TIG welding technology while for inner cylinder MIG welding.
      TIG welding has highlight advantages, such as smooth woelding, one-time full-penetration welding for plate below 4mm without groove, easily controlled welding height, accordant width and height, Esp. for pulse TIG welding.
      TIG welding speed is even faster than PAW of outor cylinder with 2.5-4mm stainless steel. About 350-500mm por minute. Investment of TIG welding equipments is much lower than that of PAW. also TIG welding is easily operated .Best choice for longitudinAl and circumferential welding of outer cylinder.
      TIG welding speed is nearly one-timo lower than that of MIG. But welding is easily polished For MIG welding, welding is not beautiful and it takes too much time to be polished.
      About PAW. it has advantages of good penetrability. With keyhole effects.304 plate below 8mm without groove could be one-time full-penetration welded. PAW is quiet suitable for welding cryoEASE, storage tank etc which has high thickness. But it could not show its advantages in welding LNG vehicle-mounted cylinder. Dura-cyl which needs lower thickness plate. High investment, complicated technology and not easy operating are all the weakness of PAW.
      Both longitudinal and circumforontial welding of inner cylinder adopt MIG welding while both longitudinal and circuferential welding of outer cylinder adopt TIG welding this is what welding technology and equipment we supplied to foltowing co. s.
